Jefo has recently invested over $70 million USD in a state-of-the-art microencapsulation production plant, significantly expanding its capacity to meet both U.S. and global needs. In parallel, the company is expanding its U.S. team under the leadership of Guilherme Bromfman, General Manager of Jefo USA.
Recognizing the United States as one of the most strategic and dynamic markets in the world for animal production, Jefo is dedicated to delivering innovative nutritional solutions and personalized support to producers, nutritionists and veterinarians across the country. To accelerate this mission, Jefo has welcomed three new experts:
Craig Kaiser – Key Account Manager, Monogastrics
Craig brings 20 years of expertise in the poultry sector, with a strong background in sales and customer relations. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting producers by addressing their operational challenges and ensuring they have access to solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Known for his active listening, problem-solving ability, and focus on delivering value, Craig is a trusted partner in the industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Auburn University and is committed to providing strong support to Jefo’s clients in the U.S.
Brandon Cox – Key Account Manager, Monogastrics
With more than a decade of experience in the agricultural and animal nutrition industry, Brandon has held key roles in sales, account management, and business development. He is recognized for his ability to build long-lasting partnerships and deliver tailored solutions that drive producer success. Brandon holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural and Extension Education from North Carolina State University, an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. His combined technical and business expertise strengthens Jefo’s commercial development in the U.S. monogastric sector.
Jennifer Brown – Territory Manager, Ruminants - Western USA
Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in the dairy industry, with extensive knowledge in technical and commercial management. She is a CowSignals Master Trainer and holds a B.Sc. in Animal Sciences from South Dakota State University. Throughout her career, she has supported dairy farmers by offering insights and strategies to improve animal health, welfare, and productivity. Her expertise in relationship building, data analysis, and technical communication makes her a strong addition to Jefo’s ruminant team, especially in the Western U.S. region.

Brandon will be dedicated to meeting clients individually in person in the coming months.
