Jefo Nutrition Inc. Appoints John Thornton as Vice President, Global Sales

Saint-Hyacinthe, Canada, June 8, 2026 – Jefo Nutrition Inc., a global leader in the field of high-precision non-medicated nutritional solutions for farm animals, is proud to announce the appointment of John Thornton as Vice President, Global Sales, succeeding Abdallah Zankar after 12 years of dedicated service. This strategic addition to Jefo Nutrition’s executive team is an important step in the company’s continued global expansion and long-term commercial vision.

Thornton brings over 25 years of experience in the global animal nutrition industry, having held senior commercial leadership roles with major industry players. With a Master of Science in Animal Nutrition and an Advanced Degree in business from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School at the University College Dublin, he combines scientific expertise with strong strategic and commercial leadership.

In his new role, Thornton will lead Jefo Nutrition’s global sales operations across more than 80 countries, with a focus on expanding strategic partnerships and supporting growth in key markets such as the United States, Brazil, and Southeast Asia.
