Jefo Appoints Phat Bieu To to Drive Poultry Growth in Vietnam
Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada, August 12, 2026 — Jefo Nutrition Inc., a global leader in the field of high-precision non-medicated nutritional solutions for farm animals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phat Bieu To as Technical Sales Manager - Poultry in Vietnam.
Extensive Poultry Expertise in a Rapidly Evolving Market
Based in southern Vietnam, Phat Bieu To brings more than 18 years of experience in poultry production and animal health. A graduate of Can Tho University in Vietnam with a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, he has dedicated his career to supporting poultry producers in addressing day-to-day challenges related to animal health, productivity, and flock performance. Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in poultry production, health management, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and technical customer support. Recognized for his strong commitment and customer-focused approach, Phat Bieu To is known for transforming technical knowledge into practical solutions that help producers achieve sustainable results.
"We are excited to welcome To to the Jefo family," says Adam Naylor, Regional Sales Director, Asia. "His extensive experience in poultry production and animal health, combined with his deep understanding of the Vietnamese and Asian markets, will be a tremendous asset for our customers and partners. Phat's customer-centric mindset, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering practical solutions align perfectly with Jefo's values and long-term vision. We are confident that he will play a key role in supporting our growth and strengthening our presence across the region."
Vietnam’s dynamic animal nutrition market serves a population of approximately 100 million and encompasses swine, poultry, ruminants, fish, and shrimp. Feed demand was estimated at 27.5 million metric tons in 2025 and continues to rise, yet producers face significant pressure from dependence on imported feed ingredients and volatile input costs. Increasing vertical integration among local feed mills is also intensifying competition and the need for closer customer support, while widespread on-farm antibiotic use, high swine mortality, and low sow quality underscore the need for effective non-medicated nutritional strategies.
To help customers and partners navigate this evolving production landscape, Phat Bieu To will work with Adam Naylor, Regional Sales Director, Asia, to provide technical support throughout the region, helping address challenges related to flock health, performance, disease prevention, and management. He will also contribute to technical training, product positioning, and the implementation of science-based nutritional solutions that support sustainable poultry production.
"I am excited to join Jefo and contribute to supporting poultry producers across Asia," said Phat Bieu To. "By combining technical expertise, innovation, and a strong understanding of customers' needs, we can help producers optimize flock performance, improve animal health, and address the evolving challenges of the poultry industry."
