In her role at Jefo, Dr. Cousillas will lead technical activities for the aquaculture segment at a global level. Her responsibilities will include supporting customers with advanced nutritional expertise, contributing to product positioning, and strengthening the scientific foundation of Jefo’s solutions to optimize performance, health, and sustainability outcomes.

Dr. Cousillas brings over 15 years of experience in animal nutrition, health, and welfare, with specialized expertise in aquaculture nutrition. She has extensive experience in developing and optimizing nutritional strategies, diet formulation, and the use of functional additives to support performance, health, and resilience in aquaculture systems. 

Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary initiatives combining research and field validation, supporting nutritional program development, product positioning, technical training, and customer support through practical, performance-driven solutions.
